Due to the nature of our services including AI Agents, ChatBots, Voice Bots, Automation Systems, Custom Development, Consulting, and Website Development all purchases are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered

Subscription & Usage-Based Services

For subscription-based or usage-based services:

  • Charges are billed based on usage, plan selection, or agreed scope.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial usage, unused credits, or mid-cycle cancellations.

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time to avoid upcoming charges.

Custom Development & Enterprise Projects

All custom development, integrations, and enterprise solutions are non-refundable once work has started. This includes planning, development, testing, deployment, and consultation phases.

Trial & Demo Access

Free trials, demos, or promotional credits (if offered) are provided as-is and are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges
